Georgia is an incredibly beautiful country located between Europe and Asia, with a unique culture and traditions.
The nature and climate of Georgia are very diverse: subtropical climate of the Black Sea coast, pebble-stone and sand beaches, alpine meadows, glaciers and waterfalls of the Caucasus Mountains, famous ski resorts, mineral and thermal springs.
Batumi is a city and port in Georgia located on the eastern coast of the Black Sea, a tourist center of modern Georgia. The city has a unique historical center and modern areas with skyscrapers. Along the entire city there is an equipped pebble-stone beach, a beautiful waterfront and a boulevard. Along the waterfront there is a bicycle path (more than 10 km), many playgrounds and sports grounds, restaurants and cafes. Georgian cuisine will never keep anyone indifferent: there are always fresh fruits, natural farm meat and dairy products. Average air temperature in Batumi in winter is 10-11 C, in summer 25-30 C; the water temperature in winter is 7-10 C, from May to October is 20-28 C.

Born on February 24, 1977 in Voronezh.
In 1994 I came to Moscow to study, graduated from two universities - economist and psychologist, raised two children (son 22, daughter 24).
I worked successfully in the real estate sector in Moscow – electronic trading, investments, residential and commercial real estate.
Since 2012 I have been involved in charity work as part of my project "Step on the Stage"
In 2024, I moved from Moscow to Batumi and opened the real estate agency "GOOD PLACE".
I get great pleasure from my work when I help my clients find a good place to live or a good project for investment.
Our Team
Dmitrii Tarasov
Born on August 7, 1980 in Kazan.
Higher legal education, diploma with honors. I am raising a son (12 years old).
In 2000, in my 3rd year at university, I began working in the legal field in the banking sector.
Since 2005, I have been engaged in private legal practice in the field of construction and opened my own law firm, which is still operating successfully today.
Since 2023 I live and work in Batumi.
I have extensive experience in supporting investment projects, negotiations, assessing potential risks and offering options for reducing them.
Natali Tavartkiladze
Born on October 13, 2003 in Tbilisi.
Incomplete higher education. Fluent in Georgian, Russian, Ukrainian and English.
Experience in travel agency and sales.
Since 2025, I have been living and working in Batumi. I conduct negotiations, support real estate transactions, translate contracts and other documentation.
I will be happy to help if you need a competent translator in public service hall or other organizations, I will help with the preparation and submission of documents.
